Decent benefits and that is it.

Cons

Sinking ship staying afloat of the backs of the people that matter most in healthcare. Lowest pay in the state, predator type administration, minimum support to get the job done that you were hired to do, cliques (no room to move up without a brown nose), high volume without consideration or support, and basically anything else that could be wrong will be eventually.
