      Pros

      Global Company, lots of opportunities to interact with international people and offers good challenges. Benefits are average. Comp can be good when the business performs well, when it doesn't it wont be.

      Cons

      Management is very bureaucratic and although progress has been made, still feels like they aren't that in touch with what happens day to day. Leadership can be poor depending on which area you work with. Sometimes feels like it's more about who know than what you know which gets you to the top.

      Pros

      Location. Can't think of anything else.

      Cons

      The company has changed a lot, i worked there for 5 years and it quickly became cliquey with people positioning themselves for senior management roles. Expressions such as 'daggers in backs' and 'being thrown under a bus' unfortunately became a common occurrence hence turnover increased considerably. I found HR difficult to trust as did a number of colleagues i worked with.

      Pros

      Development of technical environment is moving in the right direction but pigeonholed

      Cons

      Management or lack thereof causing an otherwise brilliant team to lack cohesion and therefore performance. Two individuals given the boot would provide for a much better experience and work environment. Micromanagement is not strong enough a term.
