      Pay, benefits, and bonuses excellent, flat management structure, the scale of markets and the power of the company is incredible

      Was told that if I have any morals..leave them at home. you can earn a lot of money if you not are concerned about the consequences

      Unique culture, flat structure, partnership style because staff own business themselves Culture program resulting in modernisation Autonomy to put in place your own business ideas within compliance limits Employees can earn shares and share price rises most years

      one or two of most senior managers in the company still have old fashioned ways but is changing

Our culture & values workshops have been well received and, while we are a large group with corporate policies, standards and procedures, we also place great importance on entrepreneurship and turning new ideas into reality.
