      Going in the right direction with expected growing pains

      Helpful colleagues that will support you if you ask Tight-knit teammates Great local leader with a clear direction Competitive remuneration Full autonomy to manage team without much red tapes (for most of the time)

      Cons

      Lackluster onboarding experience (akin to just dropping you into the ocean of information hoping you will swim without too much intervention) Office politics seems to have taken root deeply despite such small group of employees Some employees still holding on to previous processes and protocols; making them resistant to change Need to go thru multiple hoops (global team) to get things done; making processes longer than usual

      Employee benefits(Wellness Friday, etc) are a good initiative.

      Cons

      Mobile phone charges used for work cannot be reimbursed. This should be improved.
