Pros

You can learn diplomacy here as it's a place for diplomatic people, who will never go by their words.

Cons

Poor salary structure. Incentives are getting delayed by 6 months. Sales people please beware and join at your own risk. Appraisal will never go beyond 50,000 annually weather you are a good or an average employee Doesn't matter if you are right or wrong, nobody will listen to you.. Top most person is Lord BRAMHA here.

Good Clientele. Experience with great products in engineering domain.

Cons

No employee growth prospects. No on time addressing remittance of rewards and recognition. No proper scale of recognition. Hardworking and dedicated employees are always masked. No clarity in focus towards details. Egoistic management
