Pros

Good work life balance and can be challenging to reach sales goals. Young workplace makes it energetic

Cons

All staff is constantly pressured by sales goals. Managers have never sold any program they think all staff could sell anything if they pressure you. Management is not too professional.

Pros

EF has an amazing culture, made possible by the people it finds. I work with some of the most exceptionally interesting people who share a love for travel, education, and just generally want to do great things and make a difference. It's a super flat company - so ideas are easily spread, things change quickly, and employees at all levels are given autonomy that you just don't get at other corporations or large companies. The experiences I've been able to have here have shaped me and allowed me to grow in ways i never would have expected, which has given me an entirely new direction in the way i view my career. There are innumerable opportunities to advance your career here - just get in and make a name for yourself.

Cons

The pay is relatively low for the importance of the work it feels like you are doing.
