you can print anything for free :)

Cons

they will not help you to grow your skill set, they just want to get things done ASAP. Senior management do not know how to improve productivity or moral.

Pros

People are dedicate and care about the customer. Compensation is good and the health insurance is very reasonable. Management give good feed back on perfomrance and is will rollup their sleeves and helpout when asked.

Cons

To often the products direction is driven by big deals instead of long term market requirements. To much duplication of effort across groups.
