Flexibile timings, Good for individual contributor for fresher to 5yrs of experience guys Good package structure. Good tax benefits in the package

Cons

No process involved Always pressure to write the code No proper project plan, timelines and tracking resource work. Poor in risk management No design documents maintain. No architecture documents writes....... Management force employees to just write code and won't worry on design.

Pros

good people good work ethics feels warm and safe in the beginning.

Cons

No Career Growth for employees in IS&T NO recognition for employee's hard work Management is very bad. no transparency in management decision management is full of political game where its run like communist party. 5% salary cut and no career growth and still hiring employees for cheap. Firing the senior employees without proper reason and injustice to them.
