Pros

This is a company where diversity and integrity are appreciated and hard-working people from all walks of life can make their mark on the industry. For those with an entrepreneurial spirit, dynamic leadership capabilities, and enthusiasm, you’ll have the opportunity to be a decision maker and risk taker, and contribute to the company’s bottom line. The executive team is creative and thoughtful, and each one leads by example and shows encouragement and appreciation for the company's employees, customers, and stakeholders.

Cons

Like so many others, E.F. Johnson has experienced attrition and loss. Even with these challenges, the company remains steadfast in its commitment to JVCKENWOOD, employees, customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and the communities where the company operates.

Good place to work for always busy, and very good team work. when it's the end of month to get work out alot of the people from different department will help to get thing done on time.

Cons

Sometime not so very good at communication with other department, but we do get by taking time to be patient.

Pros

It was better than collecting unemployment

Cons

The corporate culture was based on the whims of a rather self-centered CEO. The end product had known defects and the lack of quality had a life impacting, negative impact on the safety of military personnel. Product was shipped at the last minute in an effort to prove success to Wall Street. Unfortunately, all of the product was returned for re-work to repair the problems. That sent a strong message about company priorities to employees and customers.
