Pros

- Very good benefits including WFH (however there was a recent indication that benefits may change in the future) - Company paid employee education - Some great people work here - Fair compensation - Depending on your position, manageable workload (though recent turnover may affect this) - In SIU specifically, travel is common - Prior to a change in management, it was a fantastic experience and company to work for

Cons

- Extensive turnover is affecting morale - Constant change is causing change fatigue company wide - Almost all advancement opportunities are directed to external candidates - In SIU specifically, there appears to be no advancement for at least the next decade - After giving notice, I was informed that inaccurate information was shared regarding my departure in an apparent effort to mitigate morale given 3 resignations occurred in 2 weeks
