Benefits like 401k and pension are great, Health insurance is average.

Cons

I do not even know where to start. Turnover is insane and then others are expected to take on the extra work, Upper management is clueless or just do not care. It is a good idea to read all the reviews because most of the 1 and 2 star reviews are spot on.
