Most positions are remote and offer flexibility

Cons

EMC is extremely unorganized with no consistent central processes in place. Most things have to be figured out rather than having resources available to you, it things 10x harder to get things done. Management ignores problematic supervisors/managers bad behavior at the employees expense. Many employees are related in some way, mostly through marriage.

Benefits plan and insurance etc is pretty good

Cons

Promotions are extremely hard and will keep you below your level for too long. Will get promised about a promotion but won’t come by. H.R is awful, they will tell you about certain things and then will back out after you’re hired so make sure you email things back and forth and save those emails and not take their word for it via a phone call.
