The decentralized structure can be an issue at times. Operations in one branch may be completely different when compared to another branch. For instance, some branches offer flex time while others have strict hours. Some branches have accounting and premium audit staff while another branch may have the underwriters handle customer inquiries on these subjects. The health benefits are not as good as some other companies in the industry. The plan is self insured and managed by a company that sometimes denies legitimate claims. Getting the claim paid can be a hassle. PTO is accumulated with no option to use days in advance. The technology is somewhat outdated but changes are in the works.

Change in corporate direction has resulted in "chicken little" reactions on a branch level. This is not the company it use to be. They care nothing for their employees anymore.
