Fired without explanation if you have a Russian passport. March 2022, dialog: - we can not continue cooperation because you are in the territory of the Russian Federation - I'm just about to leave and I'm finishing preparing the documents for this - we can't do it anyway - even if I'm outside of Russia? - Yes - Is it in my Russian passport? - No - then why can't I continue to work from another country? - Sorry, the decision has already been made. What is happening is terrible. But is discrimination at the level of citizenship or nationality a good way to support Ukrainians?

The company tries to accommodate Team Member needs during this difficult time while still ensuring we can deliver on our commitments to clients and partners. The company carefully considers requests for extended leaves of absence but cannot always grant those requests. The decision to disallow your request for extended leave was not based on national origin or passport status. Pros

The people are amazing and make it great time to working here, even during tumultuous times. Company gives time for personal growth. A lot of people who work here are happy to share their wide knowledge. Your professional growth improves very quickly. "We all make mistakes, but not all of us can admit them". This phrase is not about this company. Management rarely makes a mistake but they admit them, learns on them and and they are trustworthy with employees.

Cons

Continued growth requires more people to meet the demand and to improve available capacity.

We live up to our core values and always strive to be honest and open. Yes, we did mistakes and we took stock of the lessons we had learned.
