Pros

#StandWithUkraine . . . .

Cons

Fired without explanation if you have a Russian passport. March 2022, dialog: - we can not continue cooperation because you are in the territory of the Russian Federation - I'm just about to leave and I'm finishing preparing the documents for this - we can't do it anyway - even if I'm outside of Russia? - Yes - Is it in my Russian passport? - No - then why can't I continue to work from another country? - Sorry, the decision has already been made. What is happening is terrible. But is discrimination at the level of citizenship or nationality a good way to support Ukrainians?

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us. The volatile situation in Ukraine and Belarus is creating disruption for many individuals. The company tries to accommodate Team Member needs during this difficult time while still ensuring we can deliver on our commitments to clients and partners. The company carefully considers requests for extended leaves of absence but cannot always grant those requests. The decision to disallow your request for extended leave was not based on national origin or passport status. Considering your short tenure and the needs of the business, we made the difficult call to terminate employment. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. Lori F., Chief People Officer

Pros

Enavate's current atmosphere is one of team building and opportunity. There is a lot of career growth to be had if you approach the job with the right mindset. The career growth often leads to promotions for existing team members. Benefits are pretty nice, especially the unlimited PTO and not having to worry about how many days you can take off each year. Employees are empowered to bring their ideas forward and guide their own role in some capacity. There is a lot of flexibility in the roles and how individuals can contribute to the overall company vision.

Cons

Enavate is a business at the end of the day. Sometimes that means difficult decisions must be made about layoffs and reductions. That is the unfortunate reality for most companies, not just Enavate. Company goals tend to be overly optimistic. It's great to aim for the stars. But sometimes it's hard to translate those goals into actionable items for the individual teams.
