great benefits ,insurance and other perks

Cons

rules change daily , stressful work environment, low skilled field employees, no support ,no accountability , e was told no company vehicle, no overtime first day found out employees had company vehicles and two weeks later working 56 hrs a week , different rules for different people

Family business; management is unorganized; business is run in a reactive manner when a proactive approach would be more effective; no work/life balance; Bernhard has a bad name with many people and that causes clients to distrust the project team from the start and it is difficult to overcome, ultimately resulting in poor morale among project team
