Retention high, lots of openings, can get ahead if you are a yes man.

Cons

Grown employees treated like children. Expect you to do whatever it takes to make up for inadequate staffing but dishonest in recruiting. Salaried and worked late always, expected to answer phone at home but docked one hour leave for a few minutes of leaving early for a doctor appointment.

You can Miss a lot of time , 2 hour lunches, great Insurance

Cons

No tools, they will fire all man power, they hire mainly illegals . Superintendents are not very knowledgeable. This is the worst company I have ever worked for . Terrible pay. Never have copper because the super cuts it up to pay bills.
