Depends on your “active” position.

Cons

Your skill set rarely matters as your job description/responsibility will continuously change. Ran like a circus, seriously they always wonder why projects are behind and over budget with so many warranty issues. Project managers rarely actually set foot on their projects. Materials lost/misplaced and reordered countless times. Unqualified personnel left to salvage jobs the best they can, leaving quality to suffer greatly. Nearly everyone has the title of VP of something. Seriously, it’s a running joke. Combative situations arise when aspects are questioned.

Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Some really nice people to work with. Hours are reasonable. Facilities are well taken care of.

Cons

Given a lot of responsibility with no authority. They expect to run a full warehouse operation with one person. Lack of control in the field as far as company policies go.
