Pros

Competitive salaries, WFH/Hybrid schedules, professional setting

Cons

Typical imbalance of executives out of touch with the realities of everyday work. Lack of resources and people power to get the work done. Decisions are based on saving nickels instead of process improvement for employees and clients.

Pros

there's great things about working at a big company, you're never worried about having money to get things built. benefits were good

Cons

there are so many layers of management who are clueless about what's actually happening on the ground, what it takes for people to do their jobs. they refuse to pay market rates for talent, there has been a mass exodus of people including myself.
