Pros

Coworkers are usually great Team leads do their best

Cons

Terrible pay doesn't match cost of living increases Executives don't care about the people on the ground level They always talk about how great and profitable the company is quarterly but we never see any of the benefits from it

Pros

- Upper Management is starting to "get it" - Lots of opportunity for growth - Great work/life balance - Company values are solid - The work you do really does make an impact

Cons

- Pay is still behind the curve - They struggle to find/keep entry level positions so there are high stress moments when workload falls behind - Antiquated system that causes a lot of headaches - Development team can be a bit aloof
