Pros

WFH and PTO policy are great. You bond well with the people that are in the trenches with you.

Cons

You are in the trenches fighting for your life almost every project. C-Suite: Lack of Leadership (everything is "delegated to PMs). They have unreal expectations without providing the actual support the department needs to be successful. No such thing as a promotion, you are largely just given the extra responsibility at your current pay/title.
