Company has a lot of talented and experienced people in every discipline. Engineers can go on either management or technical route. Great business development team and there’s always work. Generous PTO policy. Nice educational and health benefits.

Cons

Sometimes communication between project teams are a challenge due to different offices working on one project and varying time zones.
