Company is changing quickly. No longer cares about employees, or employee satisfaction. People don't know each other, people slack off but get rewarded the same as those who work hard. Annual raises are very small. Jobs are not secure, employees are disposable. People are being let go and quitting left and right for better opportunities and better work environments.

Promotions are base on time spent there and nothing else, and when they do come, the pay raises are negligible. They will pay you as little as possible as long as they can.
