1/2 day fridays, and PTO policy
Cons
Lack of organization, majority of experienced people including myself left due to hostile environment, lack of training and clear direction. After people left it just got harder and harder to be successful. Several of the projects had major quality issues, but instead of addressing the flawed system it was brushed under the rug.
