Great place to grow your career and learn about all the different facets of engineering and consulting. Employees here are made to feel like people, rather than numbers.

Cons

Management needs additional work on communication and business practices - brand new PMs are being asked to fix issues that should be handled at the director level.

The ability to work from home.

Cons

Poor communication with supervisors, micromanaged, no training, unrealistic workload, quick turnover rate. Supervisors are quick to terminate employees who do not perform well, despite the fact that they do not answer questions or offer help/training. Unable to hit clients’ due dates because they take on too much work.
