      The company culture and work/life balance is good. Coworkers and managers are very friendly and there are plenty of office nationwide.

      Cons

      Pay is very average and benefits are nothing special. Workload can sometimes be hard to manage. Opportunities are usually given to specific people only and growth potential overlooked for many.
