      Good company if you can hold on through the growing pains.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling and time off. Work life balance is encouraged but you have to work hard to maintain it. Starting Paid-Time-Off is 200 hours minimum.

      Cons

      The company feels the pains of 'growing to sell'. Several divisions inside the company are doing well - hitting budget, while others are not.

      Working as a consultant gives you the opportunity to learn a lot of subjects in a small amount of time, additionally the teams are generally young, hard working, and willing to assist in learning.

      Cons

      The structure of the company is such that upward mobility is limited, regardless of talent. Additionally there exists the chance that an employee will become known for one subject and will not be allowed to move away from that particular type of work.
