      Great work/life balance Benefits - PTO, 1/2 days every Friday, tuition reimbursement, 401k match, etc. Friendly and fast-paced work environment Growth opportunities in every position Rapidly growing in all offices

      EN Engineering took something that I was passionate about and made it into a sad experience

      The HR team are very friendly and supportive Good benefits Encourage a work-life balance

      Cons

      I was excited when I got the opportunity to start my career at EN Engineering. This is a growing company and I was eager to learn and expand my skills and grow with the company. I was very passionate in my field and was excited to share my ideas and help make EN Engineering a success. None of that hapened. I had the worst job experience! My supervisor and the management team never checked up on me, I had no guidance, no mentor, whenever I asked a question I got an attitude from my supervisor and peers. I felt neglected and confused. All I wanted was to learn and become an expert at my job. Working at EN Engineering was one of my biggest career regrets!

      The management structure is horrible, bad employees get promoted, "you scratch my back, I scratch yours" type workplace
