      Pros

      Remote work is very relaxing and pretty stress free.

      Cons

      Despite being more qualified, I was layed off due to lack of work over less experienced designers. Not bitter. Just business. Keep the lower paid employee. IT equipment is limited for the work required, low performance and little upgrading options for remote desingers. Job loads aren't evenly distributed across the team leading to some over worked team members while others aren't billable. More than the typical.
