Pros
PTO is more than satisfactory but it's also used for sick days and holidays. 1/2 day Fridays are good.
Cons
Nit picking of Design Coordinator brings down morale and motivation. High turnover rate as management wants to continue to do things "the way we've always done it". No incentives, promotions or compliments if you haven't been with them from the start - once a Sr. Designer there is no where else to go......no written job descriptions. Mandatory lunch break
