Smoke & Mirrors. Great concept, exciting presentation but that's about it!

Great concept, idea, solution!

Cons

Just doesn't work! Hardware is primitive, programming is high-school level and overall quality is less than acceptable. Compare to other software solutions out there and you will know this company's solutions are primitive at best. The company wanted to sell its software at the cost of leading software companies without delivering the high-quality expected!

Great exposure to lots of other industries who want to adopt VR. Chance to work on the next big thing. Talents colleagues and work-life balance. Open culture and flat organization. International multi-national company to broaden your horizon.

Cons

Very high "technology stack" using proprietary system/engine. Slow in adopting new technology, and afraid taking risk. Sales culture in company bone, and focus too much on short term profit. Too much competitors, and market entrance is lower than good old days. Software is Windows only.........
