Pros

- Good Pay, Benefits, & Hours - Lots of available overtime

Cons

- Lack of training for employees. Basically, there is NONE. After your 3-day orientation, which doesn't help you in any way unless you're a Nurse or Drug Counselor, you will get *maybe* one day of training before you're expected to work on your own. If you ask for any help or any extra training, management will not hide their annoyance with you and then won't even follow through with any extra help that was requested. However, for some reason, they're still shocked that no one can reach their monthly goals. They don't seem to comprehend that it's because no one knows how to do their job since no one has shown them how to. - Management shows absolutely no caring, compassion or respect to any employees. They talk poorly about people behind their backs all the time. - There is no team work and a definite lack of communication between the different teams, departments, and management. No one is on the same page, ever. - Very unorganized company.

Pros

Stay Away. Not a place to be if your looking for support and growth.

Cons

What A Joke! Management is very unsupportive and I mean if they don’t like you, they don't like you. Employees will frequently talk about you behind your back even if you are a good therapist or counselor. People don’t last long here and quit or are fired. Increase turnover. Poor work culture. Competitive. Lack training. Low morale. Very unprofessional and sometimes ethically challenged. Do NOT work here! Seeks elsewhere of you want a healthy and supportive environment.
