everyone is like-minded in their drive for success, and willingness to learn from others. It is a great environment that encourages those who are willing to learn something new, to actively engage with their peers and develop themselves in different areas of the sales/corporate arena.

Cons

Long work hours, consistently being looked at by our KPIs rather than quality of work put in. The highs are high, but lows are mind numbing, even when things are done to the best of your abilities

Personal team is great but overall culture is horrible

Cons

All they care about is hitting KPI's, hard hours and impossible expectations of their people. Managers are young and have no idea what they are doing, people leave for a reason... read the cons!
