Pros
Pay is competitive good benefits. Learned what not to look for in my next career decision . Learned how to become a good leader by dealing with incompetence of upper leadership. CEO has a good vision but it is not carried out properly by upper leadership.
Cons
Average of 70+ hr work weeks. No real career path to move up. No expectations from leadership or goals. Never received a formal review over 5 year period. Lack of training expecially technical training for newer employees . No incentive driven bonus programs, goes along with lack of clear expectations.
