Pros
The company is relatively small, and the owners know every employee by name. Management is receptive of ideas, and personal needs. The company rewards hard work and recognizes the growth of their employees and is not afraid to reevaluate wages for people who perform above expectations.
Cons
Being small there is definitely some drama (some people just can't get along), but you should be able to avoid this as long as you perform the duties that are expected.
