Pros

I've been employed by EPS for just over six months and have found this to be a very challenging position, but the environment is very welcoming with an open door policy and no question is ever a "dumb question." Everyone has a friendly face and is easy to approach, from top management down to support staff. Great work-life balance as well!

Cons

I wish that the company offered more paid holidays.

Pros

I like to be pointed in the right direction and press, GO. That is how it is here and I like it. There isn't a bunch of corporate red tape to get things done. If it makes sense, we do it! They are very fair and reasonable people here. I love that family comes first.

Cons

I would like to see people use the systems that have been put in place, correctly. I believe it would make things run more efficiently.
