Pay is decent for skilled testers Tons of OT if you want it Great manager in Kansas City Camaraderie between workers Annual raises Company vehicle for personal use (within reason) The benefits gradually improve over time Travel expenses paid + per diem

Cons

Corporate policies are difficult to understand and counter productive Safety policies are questionable, and often ignored Some offices are not well run Too much travel, and key techs will be abused Corporate sales team interferes heavily with local offices HR is a complete mess Recently got sold to an investment company - this has had a negative impact on other testing firms “Training” opportunities are limited and low quality

I work with an amazing boss who inspires me and gives help when needed so that I can be at my best.

Cons

I do not always feel there is enough knowledge and information from our corporate office. Contacting the correct person is often difficult.
