Pros

The company is consistently growing and advancing in the electrical testing industry. It gives me an excellent sense of stability to see the continuous advancements and the improvements on safety, quality and the overall well being of their team members.

Cons

I can't think of any cons at the moment. We do need to hire more and more professional Relay Engineers to keep up with the work we are being awarded.

Pros

I have worked at EPS for over 20 years. I started as a field tech straight out of the Navy. I trained to test a variety of equipment which gave me the knowledge to advance into Sales. The advancement opportunities have always been there for me. The company has a family culture and open door policy. I know that I can always get to the VP if I ever have an issue.

Cons

I can't think of any cons.

Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company except you get exposed to a lot of different equipment.

Cons

They lie in the interview about the travel They lie in the interview about the training They lie in the interview about caring about your family They lie in the interview about career advancement They lie in the interview about getting you the support you need for projects They do not pay competitively like other 3rd party testing companies They put you in dangerous/stressful situations that you have little to no experience in

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. It is important to utilize your managers and EPS's open door policy when you have issues. I am sure that through team work we could have worked together to minimize the negative experiences. If you have any comments or would like to further discuss, please contact me at s.reed@epsii.com. I would love the chance to hear your concerns. Thank you.
