Terrible management

Pros

Pay is okay, benefits are average.

Cons

Management is degrading and all around terrible. Terms they use directly when speaking to employees include illiterate, retarded, incompetent, incompetent, etc. They use derogatory language when speaking about blacks, Muslims, Hispanics, and women even when talking about clients. They also refuse to be wrong, they simply will not listen unless you are willing to spend nearly half an hour explaining it to them while being interrupted and spoken down to the entire time. Also management completely ignores federal laws for hourly employees, how they have not been investigated by DOL or sued by an employee yet is a mystery.

These comments are outlandish and and in no way are a representation of EPS. We take comments like these very seriously and will address them internally. I hope that this information was brought to the appropriate management utilizing our open door policy. We would never tolerate such inappropriate language and behavior.
