Our New York office has been growing tremendously over the past two years and we are thrilled about the team that has formed. We understand that work can be done remotely; however, being together fosters employee growth, knowledge transfer, betters mentoring and collaboration. Plus, we love being with our team. Our people are the best part of Epstein and we like to have fun together. Like most companies, communication is always a challenge. We continue to learn from employees' feedback and adapt.

Good experience, very demanding workloads and unique projects.

Cons

Little structure within construction division and have the potential to be overworked due to un manageable workloads and unrealistic expectations from upper management as of 2021. Cross occupational duties may be expected as field staff mediocracy is ignored.
