You are right, our year-round 1/2 day Fridays are our most beloved benefit. Our total benefits package is more comprehensive than many of our competitors. We continue to monitor our place in the industry with regards to compensation and benefits and make appropriate adjustments. If you have any suggestions for improvements, please pass along to management.

Thank you for the feedback. Over the past year, Epstein has hired a new design lead for the studio and invested in technological resources and staffing to re-energize our focus on design. During this time period, we have competed in several design competitions as well as been commissioned to design new mixed-use developments, high-rise office buildings and a high-end distillery/event space. We're excited about the future of our design group & your contributions to this important endeavor.

Pros

I have worked at Epstein as an architect for over 10 years, during that time I have consistently been given the opportunity to do different things, take on more responsibility and grow professionally. Mike Damore has consistently had my back in difficult professional situations. There is a good work life balance and you can move your career forward while raising a family.

Cons

Epstein always has some industrial projects, usually food processing. If you work at Epstein for an extended period of time you will eventually be expected to work on this type of project.
