Congratulations on 8 years with Epstein! We agree we have one of the best work life balances in the industry. Our strong technical skills is something we take great pride in. In addition, we have invested over the past couple years to expand our design capabilities and will continue to do so.

Great people, awesome exposure to clients, field, company resources, senior management, designers, and a diverse range of services offered to clients.

Cons

As with any corporate job the work life balance is not great. Especially in this industry. Not necessarily a mark against Epstein just the way they have to be to in order to stay competitive in this market.

Thank you for the feedback. Over the past year, Epstein has hired a new design lead for the studio and invested in technological resources and staffing to re-energize our focus on design. During this time period, we have competed in several design competitions as well as been commissioned to design new mixed-use developments, high-rise office buildings and a high-end distillery/event space. We're excited about the future of our design group & your contributions to this important endeavor.
