Interesting complex projects, incredibly smart people working with you in engineering, industrial, and architecture disciplines, competitive pay if you negotiate it.

Cons

Long hours, weekends, travel (sometimes international) without much prior notice, management and department leaderships do not see eye to eye, lots of micro-managing from executive leadership.

In only four years at Epstein, I have experienced a high level of professional and personal growth, with opportunities to manage a wide variety of projects, both large and small. For those willing to work hard and make the extra effort, Epstein is a great place to gain valuable experience and make lifelong friends.

Cons

Epstein has similar struggles to other firms of its size, the largest being primarily turnover and retention.
