7yCongratulations on 8 years with Epstein! We agree we have one of the best work life balances in the industry. Our strong technical skills is something we take great pride in. In addition, we have invested over the past couple years to expand our design capabilities and will continue to do so.

7yWe agree with your assessment that our admins are top notch. We have invested in our Revit capabilities over the past several years and it is wonderful to see the investment is paying off.
Like most workplaces, Epstein knows we are not perfect. We have recently gone through a reorganization amoungst our management team to ensure that each individual's strengths are being maximized. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to make strides towards addressing our staff's concerns.
