Interesting work that is terribly managed
Pros
Interesting projects with a diverse client base in many different areas of the planet. Just like most biological consulting companies, most people are lovely to work with, there are good humans that work here.
Cons
Lower level employees overworked and underpaid, mid-level workers not utilized and under valued. It is evident that managers have come into the roles without necessarily having the abilities or the interest to actual manage people effectively. The company is continuing to grow without having the right support systems set up to support that growth, or the time to help full integrate new workers. The corporation puts more focus on maintaining high billability without focusing on the development of skills and cohesiveness of various teams within the company.
