Pros

Flexibility, interesting work, and forward thinking. Great people.

Cons

ERM just instituted a mandatory holiday period from 12/26 to 12/31 starting in 2025. Great, right? No. We have to save up our own vacation to use or else take unpaid leave. This is done in an attempt to help us "recharge", but in effect is ear marking our vacation time that WE accrued in order make the books look better during a typical dead period in consulting. Just give us the days off as a paid holiday.
