Pros

• Smart colleagues and opportunities to work on interesting projects. • Flexible work arrangements depending on the team. • Exposure to a broad range of clients and sectors.

Cons

• A leadership culture that does not genuinely value people. • During a conversation with a partner, I was asked why another company would offer me a higher salary — a question that made it clear my capabilities were not recognised internally. • Limited career progression unless you actively push for it. • Salary growth is slow compared to market standards. • Communication from senior leadership can feel dismissive and disconnected from staff realities.

Pros

Plenty of meaningful work and access to experts in the environmental and sustainability field. Most people there are very passionate about the work they do, so it is quite refreshing. Benefits aren't bad (median level for an MNC I think?).

Cons

The general culture (at least the idea of the ideal) is good, but it can be very manager dependent. It's also the nature of the organisation (especially one owned by a PE), where revenue and billability is very important. There is a stress at all levels to hit your billable hours, and for mid-senior managers to contribute to BD and hit revenue.
