Pros
Interesting company for experienced professionals, given the type and variety of projects the company wins.
Cons
Not a good place to learn and develop as a young professional as there is not much time for coaching and shadowing opportunities. Everyone is busy trying to reach targets which are ridiculously high. Different company culture since the last change in ownership. Money is king and if the results are not there then redundancies will come. Staff turnover is high.
