      Too many processes layered on top of each other, with t/sheet management system that is very dated, thus impacting staff. Focused on acquisitions.

      My experience working at ERM wasn’t good, it’s a very toxic work environment where managers don’t support you and coworkers are bullies and no one does anything. Partners are also very out of touch, they ask for money to support someone who’s at the hospital not in an anonymous way. As an entry level employee, I was barely making ends meet, I felt a lot of pressure. I was also asked to smile more as a feedback from one of the partners. Very unprofessional.

      Many projects and good experience working with a lot of important companies.
