Autonomy, project diversity, respectful interactions with most people.

Cons

I typically work 50 hrs a week, occasionally 60, no additional compensation unless you are staying overnight for site work. My utilization target was met comfortably but then the workload ratcheted up to bring me well over 100%. Good for partners and private equity holders, bad for my personal life and health. There is also a general lack of training due to the competitive time restricted nature of this industry - no expectation of ever receiving mentorship, just learning on the job as I go and hope my reputation remains in tact through the trails and errors!
